TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR REGISTERED USERS OF THE YOURCRED.COM WEBSITE
On registration of an account with Yourcred.com, by ticking the checkbox provided you explicitly consent and agree to the terms of use and conditions of use of the Yourcred.com website owned by JTS Technology Concepts CC. Each time you access the website and each time you use your username name and/or password, you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions of the Yourcred website.
DEFINITIONS:
“Cred” is a monetary unit used to redeem material on third party websites.
“Purchase” The process of purchasing cred from Yourcred.com website.
“Redeem” The process of redeeming material from third party websites.

1. TERMS OF AGREEMENT
The terms of this agreement are as follows:
1.1. Yourcred.com is an intermediary website between the user and the third party provider. Yourcred.com facilitates the user with the purchasing of material on third party websites with its credit based system.
1.2. The user purchases cred from Yourcred.com in order to redeem material from third party providers. The terms of payment for cred are discussed in paragraph 5 below.
1.3. Yourcred.com will not be held liable or responsible for the price, quality and type of material, provided by the third party providers. It will further not be held liable or responsible for the third party providers website’s inefficiencies such as server and domain issues as well as infrastructure issues.
1.4. All redeems made on third party providers are final. There will be no refunds or exchanges if the user is dissatisfied with the material redeemed.
1.5. If you dispute the material you have redeemed, please submit a full detailed query directly to the third party provider.
- REGISTRATION OF USERNAME AND PASSWORD SECURITY
2.1. We again remind the user that by ticking the checkbox on registration of your account with Yourcred.com, you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions of the Yourcred.com website.
2.2. When you register to use the Yourcred.com website, you will be accountable to provide your own username and password.
2.3. Each time you access the website and each time you use your username name and password and clicking proceed/enter, you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions of the Yourcred.com website.
2.4. In order to prevent fraud, you must keep this username and password confidential at all times and must not disclose it or share it with anyone.
2.5. If you know or suspect that someone else knows your password you should notify us by contacting info@yourcred.com immediately.
2.6. If JTS Technology Concepts CC has reason to believe that there is likely to be a breach of security or misuse of the Yourcred.com web Site, we may require you to change your username and password or we may suspend your account.
2.7. The user expressly agrees to indemnify JTS Technology Concepts CC from being held responsible or liable for any negligence committed by the user in the handling of its username and password to gain access to the Yourcred.com website.
- CRED VALUE AND CRED VALIDITY ON THE YOURCRED.COM WEBSITE
3.1. The value of one cred on the Yourcred.com website is R1.
3.2. The minimum cred purchased is 50 cred. It is necessary to create an account on Yourcred.com before cred are purchased.
3.3. Cred may only be used for 2 (two) years from the date of purchase. After 2 (two) years, the cred cannot be used and their value is lost. The member waives any claims in respect of this time limit.
- CRED ARE NOT REFUNDABLE FOR MONEY
4.1. Once the user has purchased cred, the cred itself will have no monetary value.
4.2. Cred on your account are non-refundable, non-transferable and not redeemable for cash.
4.3. Unused cred balances derived are not redeemable for cash and cannot be exchanged or returned for a cash refund.
- PURCHASING OF CRED ON THE YOURCRED.COM WEBSITE
5.1. The only payment method to purchase cred on the Yourcred.com website is through a credit card payment. Yourcred.com uses the payment gateway iVeri to process credit card transactions.
5.2. iVeri uses the strictest form of encryption, namely Secure Socket Layer (SSL) as well as PCI compliant. No credit card details are stored on the Yourcred.com website. Users may go to www.iveri.co.za to view their security certificate and security policy.
5.3. The user expressly agrees to indemnify JTS Technology Concepts CC from being held responsible or liable for any negligence committed by the user in the handling of its credit card information.
5.4. If the user has any queries regarding iVeri or transactional account queries i.e incorrectly debited with iVeri, please email us at info@yourcred.com, in order for us to submit the query to iVeri and resolve the query as soon as it possibly may be done. The query procedure followed will be according to Yourcred.com service level agreement with iVeri.
- INDEMNIFICATION OF YOURCRED.COM AND JTS TECHNOLOGY CONCEPTS CC
6.1. Information supplied by the users of Youcred.com Website may only be used strictly for the requirements the user requests.
6.2. You agree to defend, indemnify and hold JTS Technology Concepts CC, its officers, directors, employees, agents, harmless from and against any claims, damages, actions and liabilities including without limitation, your loss of profits, direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising out of the use of or inability to use the Website or the software supporting/enabling the Website and reasonable legal and accounting fees, resulting from, or alleged to result from Your use of this Website or the software supporting/enabling the Website.
- USER INACTIVITIY ON THE YOURCRED.COM WEBSITE
7.1. A user account will become inactive after a period of 2 (two) years of no activity on either the yourcred.com website or any of its third party providers.
7.2. No cash refunds will be provided if there are cred still available at the time of being made inactive.
- BREACH
8.1. Should either party commit a breach of this agreement and fail to remedy the breach within 10 (ten) days after receiving written notice to do so, then the other party will be entitled, without prejudice to any other remedy he may have, to cancel this agreement by giving written notice to that effect to the other party.
- JURISDICTION
9.1. Should any dispute arise between the parties, both parties consent to the Jurisdiction of the Magistrates Court.
10. WHOLE AGREEMENT
10.1. This Agreement shall constitute the whole Agreement between the parties, when it is agreed upon.
10.2. No amendment, alteration or addition to or variation or consensual cancellation of or the addition of another party or the deletion of any party to this Agreement and no waiver by any party of any of its rights hereunder and no agreement to a pactum de non petendo shall be of any force or effect unless agreed to by the parties.
11. NO INDULGENCE AND WAIVERS
11.1. No waiver of any of the terms and conditions of this agreement will binding or effectual for any purpose unless in writing and signed by or on behalf of the party giving the same. Any such waiver will be effective only in the specific instance and for the purpose given.
11.2. No failure or delay on the part of any party in exercising any right, power or privilege hereunder will constitute or be deemed to be a waiver thereof, nor will any single or partial exercise thereof preclude any other or further exercise thereof or the exercise of any other right, power or privilege.
12. NON-REPRESENTATION
12.1. The parties acknowledge and agree that this Memorandum constitutes the entire agreement between them and save as is herein set forth, there are no other agreements, terms, conditions, rights and/or liabilities between them; and no warranties or representations have been made by any of them or on behalf of any of them which may have had the effect of inducing any of the parties to conclude this Agreement or at all; and any such agreements, terms, conditions, rights, liabilities, warranties or representations are hereby expressly excluded and rights there under waived and abandoned.
- SEVERABILITY
13.1. If any provision of this terms and conditions is found to be invalid by any court having competent jurisdiction, the invalidity of such provision shall not affect the validity of the remaining provisions of the terms and conditions, which shall remain in full force and effect.

14.1. JTS Technology Concepts CC appoints Domicilium for the service of all documents is 43 Athalie Avenue Linksfield North.
